All returned merchandise must be in mint condition , in the original manufacturer's packing with all included items it originally shipped.

You DON'T need to contact Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 7 business days of receipt, or 14 days for exchanges (excluding shipping time).

How to return an item
1)Please package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.

2) Package the item in a manner that it shouldn¡¯t get damaged during shipping.
Include a copy of your original packing slip, and fill out the "Return Form" in print. The return form is included in the package.
Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the the item.
For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.

3) We appreciate if you can send an email to rma@myluxurybags.com to notify us that you would like to send your order back to us for refund or exchange. Please address order ID number, reason for return and tracking number for being returned order in the email.
