- When will I receive my product?
Myluxurybags.com ships most orders within 3 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)upon receipt of order. Estimated arrival time depends on the shipping method you select.
We will send you a Fedex tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
Please note that all package request signature upon delivery.
- How much is my shipping charge?
Generally, there is a $5.00 handling fee per order. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location and shipping method.
- Can I return a item?
Yes. Simply fill out a return form and send back the order to us within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
- Why can't I locate your address on your website?

- Why was my credit card payment declined?
